consisting of offices, warehouses and workshops for businesses. It is
the first premier facility of its kind in Jakarta. PT Bhumyamca Sekawan
is a joint venture company between Jala Bhakti Yabshum and Buana Pranata
Indonesia, a PMA company with professional experience and good

Responsibility :
- Make a complete details blueprint with building structure (2D) from a proposal design picture
- Make blueprint for IMB permission
- Make a 3D perspective picture, including rendering picture to an artist’s impression picture
Qualifications :
- Male / Female, max 30 years old
- Bachelor degree majoring in Architect,
- Mastering in blueprint, details picture, and building structure (2D)
- Mastering artist’t impression (3D perspective rendering)
- Mastering building structure calculation
- Mastering AutoCad and 3Dmax, will be an advantage if also mastering Photoshop and Corel Draw,
- Honest, Discipline, Credible, Loyal and Dedicated person, and a Hard worker.
