- Male/Female max .Age 40 years old
- Min. S1 Degree University in Law/Psychology
- Min. 3 years experience similiar position is a MUST, preferably from F&B Industry
- Strong Knowledge of Human Resource and General Affairs function such as Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Labor Regulations, Performance Management System and Industrial Relations.
- Hard Working, result and target oriented, excellent in interpersonal skills, analytical and negotiation skills and good team work
- Able to adhere to the principles of confidentiality and demonstrate business ethics and values
- Able to interact with all levels of employee
- Able to work under pressure
