- Male / Female, max. age 40 years old
- Bachelor degree for any major
- At least 3 years experience as a Country Manager for FMCG, preferably with experience in sales and marketing in the respective local market
- Manage and set up all operation from sales, marketing, finance, and human resource
- Managing profit and loss for the business
- Willing to be placed in China / India / Malaysia / Myanmar / Nigeria / Philippine
- English fluency is a must, able to speak in local language is an added plus point
- Good understanding in Financial perspective
- Prepare business plan, strategic plan, and initiatives (yearly, 3 years)
