Transport Team Leader
- Record the status and progression of transport objectives, KPIs and tasks.
- Perform quality auditing for trucks and drivers.
- Compliance with the operational procedures.
- Communicating with drivers for deliveries confirmation and updating the timings in DDR.
- Coordinate with Customer Service / Sales & Operations team on delivery issues.
- Review & submission of the Drivers & Vehicles activity report.
- Update & submission of the Pallet Return Report.
- Issuing Fuel Slips / Review the Usage and submission of tracking report to superiors
- Verify and follow-up with Clerks on pink copies status.
- Updating WDR in Oracle for Inbound / Outbound.
- Perform hand over trucks-file building for each truck
- Doing 3PL paper works (Checks)
- Other task assigned by the Superiors pertaining to transport operations
Persyaratan:
- Male
- Maximum age 39 years old
- Education minimum Diploma 3
- Experience in same field minimum 3 years
- Computer Literate and understand English spoken and written
