General Manager

  •  Reinforce sales development in Indonesia with solar related products and LED lighting
  • Achieve sales target as assigned
  • Draft and execute business plan according to annual target
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with top customers
  • Push the whole process execution from pricing, order following up and payment receiving and products claiming
  • Fulfill market survey, collect competitor information and set up customer database
  • Exploit new application market and customer resource
  • Sales channel development and management
  • Sales Team establishment and management
  • Reporting on time
Job Requirements
Proficient sales skill and resource related with LED lighting product.
Matrix management
Remote report
Energetic
Adapt to frequent domestic or international travel
Preferred Qualifications
Master degree or MBA holder
Abundant resource in energy bureau and related administration
PV power station project development experience
Oral English master
Target country ethnic and mandarin speaker
