Junior Web Programmer Requirements:
2-4 years of web development experience with PHP and MySQL.
Working knowledge with various PHP based frameworks such as CodeIgniter, CakePHP, Zend, etc
A working knowledge of JQuery, AJAX, and DHTML.
Social Networking integration knowledge using any one of the following: FBML, Twitter, Flickr and YouTube API's.
Working knowledge with simple Linux (CentOS, Fedora) operating system administration; comfortable with command line/SSH administration.
The ability to produce rock-solid, hand-coded XHTML and CSS.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and debugging skills.
An almost obsessive level of attention to details, structure, and a burning need to produce well formed, organized code.
The ability to juggle various projects and handles tight deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Additional “nice to have” requirements / personalities:
Familiarity with general software development methodologies and design patterns.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop to cut up design comps.
Knowledge of CSS3 / HTML5
Knowledge or experience with SVN for version control.
Experience in Mobile Platform solutions (i.e. iPhone applications).
Completely confident about cross browser development &testing. Know the Ins-n-Outs of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer.

Possess excellent communication skills to clearly express and explain your ideas verbally and on paper.
