CS
& Logistics Supervisor reports to the Asia Pacific Operations &
Supply Chain Director with the primary functions of managing the supply
chain including the FG Procurements; Logistics and Warehouse and
Inventory Management for the entity so as to support the organization’s
objective of providing superior customer service and satisfaction
Secondly,
to successfully lead a dynamic customer service team, providing
direction, support and advise pertaining to day to day customer service
functions and expectations.
PRIMARY DUTIES
- FG Procurement & Management
- Create FG PO & release to Allied Manufacturing Sites
- Follow up the PO confirmation and also the shipping schedule and related import documents
- Managing shipment delivery schedule for all products and customers; Follow up the goods arrival and preparing for customs clearance
- Communicate and monitor the broken on processing the customs clearance until the shipments released from customs and stocked into local warehouses
- Create Receiving Report in Accpac for all import shipment
- Logistics Management
- Manage day to day business and process with company contracted 3rd party logistics and external warehousing provider
- Manage day to day business and process with company contracted freight service providers
- Manage total logistics cost towards annual targets
- Manage and co-ordinate cycle count/ stock –take process with external warehouse and establishment of corrective actions if required
- Maintain Inventory and create Report every end of closing Month and do reconciliation with Actual stock at warehouse.
- Manage total Indonesia inventory towards the DOH target set by Operations
- Work with sales teams to reduce slow moving inventory regularly
- Planning Management
- Check up demand forecast made by Sales Vs Stock on Hand and Open PO see if any risk on the supply the customers.
- Work closely with Allied, CS Officer and Sales if case have supply shortage to solve the issue
- Updated replenishment plan & get back to Demand Planning team for further distribution to Allied manufacturing sites
- Allied complaint handling
- Work with Alllied companies on the complaints
- Reporting, Ops KPI Tracking
- Maintain and distribute – AP Scorecard Report to Operation
- Maintain CoA data base from Import shipment
- Others
- Perform other duties to be assigned by Immediate Manager

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years working experiences, preferably with customer service, planning, purchasing, supply chain and operations management
- A graduate in business management related
- Excellent leadership skills
- Approx 3 years in a related supervisory position
- Understand financials and total cost of ownership concepts
- Must possess good analytical and presentation skills
- Must possess strong organizational skills to plan and organize own and others’ work and meet strict deadlines.
- Must possess good interpersonal skills to communicate with team member and deal with conflict effectively
- Must be good at team work
- Must possess using ERP system
- Must possess good skills using MS-Office, especially Excel
- Fluent in English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- ERP system experience (SAP, ACCPAC)
